We want you to be confident buying wholesale from us. Please review the terms below.

Eligibility

• Report any manufacturing defect or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
• Products must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Custom, printed or branded goods are not eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

Eligible size/colour exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return shipping for non-defective exchanges is borne by the buyer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 working days after inspection.
